Richmond SOL at Cesar Chavez Day of Service

Players, coaches, and parents from Richmond SOL joined other community volunteers on Saturday, March 30, 2019 for Richmond, California’s first annual Cesar Chavez Dia de Servicio / Day of Service. On a sunny spring day, the volunteers pitched in with weed removal, litter cleanup, planting, painting, and beautifying the long alley bordered by 22nd Street, 23rd Street, Grant Avenue and Burbeck Avenue (behind Portumex Restaurant).
